In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10 AM - 6 PM.

Qixi Delivery Time: Our Valentines' Day delivery window is 10 AM - 6 PM. We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed by 6 PM.

Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.

Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the bouquet in a paper bag at the door and send a picture via text message. Please note, the driver will not attempt a second delivery.

To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date. Special order items (such as 52 / 99 roses or more) require a 7-business-day cancellation notice.

Arrangement Bouquet: To keep your roses fresh, simply add water directly to the green flower foam inside the wrapping underneath the flowers. Ensure the foam stays moist by adding water as needed. If you prefer, you can carefully remove the roses from the foam and place them in a short vase. Note that the stems are cut short, so a short vase is necessary. Keep the bouquet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Hand-Tied Bouquet: Unwrap the bouquet within 24 hours. Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and add a bit of the provided flower food. Trim the stems and place the flowers in the vase. Change the water daily, adding flower food each time. Keep flowers in natural light but away from direct sunlight and heat.

Preserved Flowers: To ensure your preserved roses maintain their beauty for over a year, keep them out of direct sunlight and high humidity areas, avoid watering, and gently remove dust with a soft brush or cool hairdryer. Handle with care, avoiding frequent touching, and keep them away from heat sources. By following these simple steps, your roses will remain a lasting symbol of your special moments.
