Reporting Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any damages or issues. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately via phone at 647-2946664 or email at
info@wfloral.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damaged items for our assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh flowers are non-returnable / exchangeable due to their perishable nature.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returnable / Exchangeable Items
- Preserved flower products can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us via phone or email to initiate the return process. Any products eligible for return or exchange must be returned to W Floral Studio in-store. If you are unable to visit our store, you are responsible for shipping the items back at your own expense.
