Delivery Information
In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time: We have two delivery windows daily -1 PM to 5 PM (for certain areas) and 6 PM to 10 PM (for all areas). We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.
Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.
Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the bouquet in a paper bag at the door and send a picture via text message. Please note, the driver will not attempt a second delivery.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date.
Flower After Care
Hand-Tied Bouquet: Unwrap the bouquet within 24 hours. Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and add a bit of the provided flower food. Trim the stems and place the flowers in the vase. Change the water daily, adding flower food each time. Keep flowers in natural light but away from direct sunlight and heat.
