You will be responsible for creating floral products that align with W Floral Studio’s website collections, including hand-tied bouquets, flower boxes, vase arrangements, seasonal products, and premium floral gifts. Our designs are modern, refined, and detail-focused, so the ability to follow our product style and quality standard is essential.

Strong spiral bouquet technique is required for this role. You should be confident making balanced, well-structured hand-tied bouquets with clean stems, proper shape, and a polished final look. This is not an entry-level training position, so applicants should already feel comfortable creating similar bouquets independently.

Experience with W Floral-style bouquet wrapping and premium gift presentation is important. You should be able to create modern layered wrapping, clean finishing, and elegant packaging that matches W Floral Studio’s brand aesthetic.

You will be expected to properly process, hydrate, condition, and maintain fresh flowers on a daily basis. Strong knowledge of flower care is required, including how to handle different varieties, maintain freshness, organize cooler stock, and prepare materials efficiently for daily orders.

This role also includes organizing fresh flowers, supplies, tools, workstations, and cooler space. You should be tidy, efficient, reliable, and comfortable keeping the studio clean and well-organized while working in a busy flower shop environment.

You may be required to support wedding, corporate, and on-site floral installations. This includes preparing floral materials, assisting with setup, handling flowers carefully during transport, and working efficiently as part of the event team.
