Floral Variations
Color Theme–Based Designs:
If the product includes a color theme selection option, it means the design will be created based on the chosen color palette rather than an exact floral recipe. As many flowers are seasonal, the exact varieties used may differ from the photos shown, but the overall tone and style will remain consistent with the selected color theme.
Substitution Policy:
If a particular flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower in color, texture, and role within the arrangement. For example, light pink spray daisies may be replaced with light pink spray roses.
Key Flowers:
Some of our products have a specific floral recipe where a key flower must be included to achieve the intended look. In those cases, the key flower or recipe will be clearly indicated in the product description. If no key flower is listed, the bouquet will be created freely within the chosen color palette.
Unique Creations:
No two bouquets are ever identical. Each design is handcrafted with our designer’s selection of fresh, seasonal blooms — that’s the charm of W Floral Studio.
Delivery Information
In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM on Sunday.
Delivery Time: We have four delivery windows daily -10AM to 12PM, 12PM to 2PM, 2PM to 4PM, 4PM to 6PM. We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.
Delivery Rates: Delivery rate will be calculated at checkout based on the total quantity of products ordered, as well as the area and distance for delivery.
Checkout Options: At checkout, we offer two types of services: delivery only, and delivery with florist setup. If you require setup, please select the delivery and setup service. Otherwise, your flowers will be packed in boxes and left at the venue. Please note that our florist will not handle transfers between the ceremony and reception.
Point of Contact: If you have a specific person designated to receive the flower delivery, please enter their name and phone number under "Recipient's Name" and "Recipient's Phone Number" at checkout.
Can't find the delivery option at checkout? This could be because your venue is located outside our regular delivery zone. Please feel free to call or email us with your venue details, and we'll be happy to provide you with a delivery quote.
Cancellation
* Orders under $300: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup or delivery date.
* Wedding & Event Orders above $300: Must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
