Dyed Roses: Our dyed roses are spray-painted at the rose farm. Please note that there may be slight color variations with each rose.
Flower Varieties: Please note that slight variations in flower shades may occur due to seasonal availability. For example, our sampling photos may feature medium pink peonies available in early spring (March–April), while in May, we may use premium light pink peonies as they come into season. All substitutions are carefully selected to maintain the same flower type, size, and quality — only the shade may vary slightly within the same color family. We always ensure the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement remain true to what you see.

Bloom Stages: To showcase the full beauty of our arrangements, our sample photos often feature flowers at their peak bloom. However, to ensure maximum freshness and vase life, some flowers may arrive in earlier stages of blooming. This allows you to enjoy the full blooming process at home, with your flowers lasting longer. Not all blooms will be in bud form — we thoughtfully balance each arrangement with a mix of open and developing flowers to achieve both beauty and longevity
In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday.
Delivery Time: We have two delivery windows daily - 1 PM to 5 PM (for certain areas) and 6 PM to 10 PM (for all areas). We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.
Delivery Time Window will be shown at checkout. Our couriers create their delivery plans based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route for Mother’s Day. Because of this, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders. If you wouldn't like to wait for your flowers, we recommend you choose delivery one day in advance
Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.
Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the bouquet in a paper bag at the door and send a picture via text message. Please note, the driver will not attempt a second delivery.
To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date.
Rose Product: To protect the delicate inner petals during transport, roses naturally have outer layers called guard petals. These petals may appear slightly discolored or have natural markings—but rest assured, they are not a sign of poor quality. In fact, they help keep the rose fresh and intact.
We inspect every rose to ensure freshness before it leaves our studio. If you prefer a cleaner look, simply remove the outer guard petals gently to reveal the pristine bloom underneath.
Arrangement Bouquet: To keep your roses fresh, simply add water directly to the green flower foam inside the wrapping underneath the flowers. Ensure the foam stays moist by adding water as needed. If you prefer, you can carefully remove the roses from the foam and place them in a short vase. Note that the stems are cut short, so a short vase is necessary. Keep the bouquet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
We include a complimentary message card with every order to help you express your heartfelt sentiments. Our team takes great care to ensure each card is properly included, but on very rare occasions, it may be missed due to human error. We sincerely apologize if this happens.
As the message card is a free add-on and not a paid product or service, we’re unfortunately unable to arrange a second delivery solely for the card. However, if it’s important to you, we’d be happy to email you the message in a digital format so you can forward it to the recipient or share it in another meaningful way.
