For our A La Carte services, we create bouquets and arrangements based on the color theme you select. The images shown are for sizing and style reference only; the actual flowers used for your event will likely differ. Rest assured, we’ll make everything look stunning, but please understand that we don't replicate our arrangements. Each creation is unique!
In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time: We have four delivery windows daily -10AM to 12PM, 12PM to 2PM, 2PM to 4PM, 4PM to 6PM. We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.
Delivery Rates: Delivery rate will be calculated at checkout based on the total quantity of products ordered, as well as the area and distance for delivery.
Checkout Options: At checkout, we offer two types of services: delivery only, and delivery with florist setup. If you require setup, please select the delivery and setup service. Otherwise, your flowers will be packed in boxes and left at the venue. Please note that our florist will not handle transfers between the ceremony and reception.
Point of Contact: If you have a specific person designated to receive the flower delivery, please enter their name and phone number under "Recipient's Name" and "Recipient's Phone Number" at checkout.
Can't find the delivery option at checkout? This could be because your venue is located outside our regular delivery zone. Please feel free to call or email us with your venue details, and we'll be happy to provide you with a delivery quote.
In the event of a cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, please note that a service fee of $100 will be deducted. This fee covers online payment processing fees, communication efforts, proposal and document processing, as well as the time invested by our employees. The remaining amount will then be refunded to the client through the original form of payment utilized for the transaction.
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, 50% of the order total will be forfeited. This is due to the procurement already completed with the farms and suppliers, which cannot be canceled at this stage.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, 100% of the fees paid will be forfeited. This is to cover the costs incurred for procurement and potential loss of revenue from another potential booking on the same date.
If rental items are added to your cart and checked out, you will receive a separate email requesting a credit card information for security purposes.
Rentals must be returned within 3 calendar days; otherwise, an additional day's rental fee will be applied.
Any damaged, broken, or missing items will be billed to the provided credit card.
Our A La Carte centerpieces include the cost of the vase in the pricing. If you only wish to rent the vase, simply return it to our studio within 3 calendar days, and we will refund you 5% of the product price.

Should you require any of Transfer, Pickup and Tear Down services, we are happy to provide a personalized quote. Additionally, any rental items must be collected by clients and returned to our studio within 3 business days following the event.
