Celebrate with statement-making elegance. Our Floyd Rose Birthday Package is designed for intimate gatherings of 6–8 guests in Toronto and the GTA, featuring rich rose-toned floral arrangements, glowing candlelight, and a fresh flower arch for a luxurious and unforgettable birthday dinner setting.
This Package Includes:
1 fresh flower arch with two sectional floral arrangements (metal arch is rental only; flowers can be taken home)
3 large fresh flower arrangements featuring premium roses
16 floating candles with glass holders (glass holders are rental only)
2 large long table linen in white (rental only)
Up to 8 placecards with guest name
Up to 8 plate flowers
1-hour setup, delivery and rental pickup within 20km

Additional floral arrangements, candles, floral décor, balloons, and other styling elements can be added for an additional cost. Please email us for available options and pricing.

Floral Variations
Seasonal Arrangements: W Floral Studio creates unique bouquets and arrangements with seasonal flowers. The pictures shown are example for size and style, and final product may be different from actual photos due to floral availability.
Substitution Policy: If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower in color and role. For example, light pink spray daisies may be replaced by light pink spray roses.
Budding Flowers: Some flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. This is common with lilies, peonies, anemones, clematis, and tulips. If you prefer fully opened flowers, please specify this in the special request section.
Unique Bouquets: No two mixed bouquets are the same – that's the beauty of W Floral Studio! We do not duplicate previous mixed bouquet designs.
Special Request
We are happy to accommodate special requests to change flower varieties whenever possible. Please note that additional charges will apply.
Delivery Information
In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 10:30AM - 4:30 PM on Sunday.
Delivery Time: We have four delivery windows daily - 10 AM to 12 PM, 12PM - 2PM, 2PM - 4PM, 4PM - 6PM. We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.
Delivery Time Window will be shown at checkout. Our couriers create their delivery plans based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route. Because of this, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders. If you wouldn't like to wait for your flowers, we recommend you choose delivery one day in advance
Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.
Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the bouquet in a paper bag at the door and send a picture via text message. Please note, the driver will not attempt a second delivery.

To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email at least 7 days before the delivery or pickup date
