Seasonal Arrangements: W Floral Studio creates unique bouquets and arrangements with seasonal flowers. The pictures shown are example for size and style, and final product may be different from actual photos due to floral availability.

Substitution Policy: If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower in color and role. For example, light pink spray daisies may be replaced by light pink spray roses.

Budding Flowers: Some flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. This is common with lilies, peonies, anemones, clematis, and tulips. If you prefer fully opened flowers, please specify this in the special request section.

Unique Bouquets: No two mixed bouquets are the same – that's the beauty of W Floral Studio! We do not duplicate previous mixed bouquet designs.

Key Flowers: If any key flowers are unavailable, our team will reach out to you, as we may not be able to recreate the design as shown. If supporting flowers or foliage are unavailable, we will carefully substitute them with similar blooms of equal value, ensuring the overall style and beauty of the arrangement are maintained.

We are happy to accommodate special requests to change flower varieties whenever possible. Please note that additional charges will apply.

If you select "one-sided," the florals will be focused on the front, with the back section being just foliage. The design will be "front-facing" for maximum impact.

If you select "two-sided," the florals will be dispersed throughout and will be equally luscious on the "front" and "back". A full 360 arrangement.

Every arrangement is unique. All of our arrangements are designed in our signature style using at least 6 varieties of flowers! Pictures shown are examples of past 'Sugarplum' arrangements we have made. Your actual arrangement will be designed using the freshest product available that day, and will likely look quite different from the example image.

In-store Pickup: In-store pickup time is between 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 10:30AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday.

Delivery Time: We have four delivery windows daily - 10 AM to 12 PM, 12PM - 2PM, 2PM - 4PM, 4PM - 6PM. We do not accommodate specific timed delivery requests, but all deliveries are guaranteed to be completed within the window.

Delivery Time Window will be shown at checkout. Our couriers create their delivery plans based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route. Because of this, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders. If you wouldn't like to wait for your flowers, we recommend you choose delivery one day in advance

Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.

Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the bouquet in a paper bag at the door and send a picture via text message. Please note, the driver will not attempt a second delivery.

To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date

Vase Arrangements: Place your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Change the water every 1–2 days and trim. Use half packet of flower food with approximately 250ml (1 cups) of clean water. For smaller arrangements, divide the packet into 3–4 portions instead of using it all at once. We include a complimentary message card with every order to help you express your heartfelt sentiments. Our team takes great care to ensure each card is properly included, but on very rare occasions, it may be missed due to human error. We sincerely apologize if this happens.

As the message card is a free add-on and not a paid product or service, we’re unfortunately unable to arrange a second delivery solely for the card. However, if it’s important to you, we’d be happy to email you the message in a digital format so you can forward it to the recipient or share it in another meaningful way.
