Seasonal Arrangements: W Floral Studio creates unique bouquets and arrangements with seasonal flowers. The pictures shown are example for size and style, and final product may be different from actual photos due to floral availability.

Substitution Policy: If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower in color and role. For example, light pink spray daisies may be replaced by light pink spray roses.

Budding Flowers: Some flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. This is common with lilies, peonies, anemones, clematis, and tulips. If you prefer fully opened flowers, please specify this in the special request section.

Unique Bouquets: No two mixed bouquets are the same – that's the beauty of W Floral Studio! We do not duplicate previous mixed bouquet designs.

Key Flowers: If any key flowers are unavailable, our team will reach out to you, as we may not be able to recreate the design as shown. If supporting flowers or foliage are unavailable, we will carefully substitute them with similar blooms of equal value, ensuring the overall style and beauty of the arrangement are maintained.

We are happy to accommodate special requests to change flower varieties whenever possible. Please note that additional charges will apply.

Standard Delivery (for orders under $300)

Delivery Windows:
1 PM – 5 PM, available in limited areas
6 PM – 10 PM, available for all delivery areas

Available delivery windows will be shown at checkout.

Our couriers plan their routes based on the day’s deliveries, so we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time within the selected window. If your flowers are needed in the morning, we recommend selecting delivery for the day before.

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the packaged flowers will be placed at the door, and a delivery photo will be sent by text message. Re-delivery is not available.

Wedding & Event Delivery (for orders over $300)

When your order includes multiple items, such as bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières or corsages, centrepieces, and the total exceeds $300, you may select Wedding & Event Delivery for more flexible delivery timing.

Available time slots include:

10 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 2 PM
2 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 6 PM

This option allows for earlier and more accurate delivery to better match your event schedule.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM

* Orders under $300: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup or delivery date.

* Wedding & Event Orders above $300: Must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Bridal Bouquet Care: Your bridal bouquet will come placed in a vase with water. Please leave the bouquet in the vase until it is ready to be used.

Keep it in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, fruit and strong airflow. For best freshness, avoid removing it from the water too early before your ceremony or photos.
